When I was young, I met Dr. Dardo Chávez, a community leader dedicated to health and development projects in Bolivia. I had no idea that many years later he would be my boss at Andean Rural Health Care (ARHC), an organization that provides community-based and primary health care services. Currently I am the interpreter, translator, and logistics coordinator for this organization, focusing largely on the volunteer areas of our work.
