"With a Bachelor’s in Humanities and Social Sciences, I have been eager to learn skills in community empowerment. Some of these skills I have gained as a member of a community forestry group, and many others I have gained through my work since 2003 with the Nepal Society for the Red Cross (NSRC). With NSRC, I provide training and facilitation for a community-based health and development initiative in five districts with nearly 200 men, women, and school groups."
